If a problem arises at any time, please contact the person dealing with your case so that we can talk about your concerns. If that does not provide the solution, please contact our complaints partner, Ian Goldup, who can supply you with this firm’s written complaints procedure if you require this.

All solicitors must attempt to resolve problems that may arise with their services. It is therefore important that you immediately raise with me any concerns you may have.

In the event that we are unable to reach a satisfactory conclusion of your complaint then you have a right to refer the matter to the Legal Ombudsman, details of the complaints procedure can be found at http://www.legalombudsman.org.uk/contact-us.

Complaints to the Legal Ombudsman must be bought within six months either of the conclusion of our complaints procedure or the end of our retainer.

In the unlikely event that a mistake is made by this firm, we have professional indemnity insurance which protects us and our clients against any losses caused. The minimum level of professional indemnity insurance is set by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.  Details of our insurance provider is available upon request in writing (as this does from time to time change).
